NATHAN QUINONES

FOUNDER / BUILDER

Nathan brings over 25 years of hands-on construction experience to every project, with a background that includes fine carpentry, tile work, painting, custom showers, and high-end cabinetry installation. His work is grounded in strong technical knowledge, practical problem-solving, and a consistent focus on quality.

He is known for his attention to detail, reliability, and clear communication throughout each phase of construction. Nathan approaches each project with a disciplined, methodical mindset, ensuring that work is well planned, carefully executed, and built to perform over time.

He has worked in close collaboration with Aixa Belville for over two decades, delivering integrated design-build projects with a consistent focus on quality and coordination.

As Founder of Belle Ville Design Build, Nathan leads projects with a focus on quality, coordination, and long-term performance.

AIXA L BELVILLE

DESIGNER / PROJECT MANAGER

Aixa brings over 25 years of experience in residential design and construction, with a focus on custom high-end residential cabinetry, space planning, and full-home renovations. Her work also includes select commercial interiors for wellness spaces, offices, and food service environments.


She holds a BFA in Interior Design from Paier College of Art, graduating Magna Cum Laude with honors.


Aixa began her career with architectural and interior design firms before focusing on custom high-end residential cabinetry. She later worked with a high-end custom builder, where she coordinated renovations, new construction, and select commercial projects, including the design and development of a custom home.


She began collaborating with Nathan Quinones in 2003 and has worked in a fully integrated design-build capacity with him since 2012.


As Designer and Project Manager at Belle Ville Design Build, she works closely with clients and project teams to develop clear plans, coordinated selections, and well executed results.
